BYLAWS <br /> OF <br /> PROJECT H. O . P. E. INC. <br /> ARTICLE I <br /> SCOPE <br /> Section 1 - Name <br /> The name of this organization shall be PROJECT H . O . P . E . LNC , <br /> Section 2 - Non-Profit Corporation <br /> PROJECT H . O . P . E . INC . shall be incorporated under the laws of the State of Florida <br /> as a non-profit , tax exempt organization . <br /> Section 3 - Offices <br /> The principal office of the corporation in the State of Florida shall be located in the City <br /> of Vero Beach , County of Indian River , <br /> The Corporation will have and continuously maintain a registered office , and a registered <br /> agent . <br /> ARTICLE II - <br /> PURPOSE <br /> The purpose of the corporation shall include the following : <br /> Section 1 <br /> The specific purpose for which this corporation is formed is to provide a mentoring and <br /> educational counseling project to meet the needs of students , and other interested members of the <br /> community and their families , for better health , education , home life , economic opportunities , and <br /> better human relations . In furtherance of this purpose , the Corporation shall have all powers <br /> I <br /> conferred by Chapter' 617 of the Florida Statutes , including but not limited to the following <br /> powers , to provide research for the foregoing purposes , to provide leadership training for those <br /> � 7 <br />
