Section 2 - Number , Tenure , and Qualifications <br /> The affairs of this corporation shall be managed by a Board of not less than four ( T ) ror <br /> more than eight ( 8 ) Directors . Each Director will hold office until the next annual meeting of <br /> members and until his successor will have been elected and qualified . Members of the Board of <br /> Directors may succeed themselves . Terms of the individual Directors shall be staggered so that <br /> half or nearly half of the Directors are serving two (2 ) year terms with the rest serving three ( 3 ) <br /> year terms . <br /> Section 3 - Initial Directors <br /> The initial Board of Directors shall consist of the following individuals and shall serve for <br /> the term indicated by their respective names : <br /> Daryle Lovett <br /> William Holt <br /> Kevin Browning <br /> Jennifer Cummings <br /> Eula Clark <br /> Hallicurtis W . Burson <br /> All shall serve until replaced as provided in these ByLaws . <br /> Section 4 - Regular Meetings <br /> A regular annual meeting of the Board of Directors shall be held without other notice than <br /> these Bylaws , immediately after , and at the same place as , the annual meeting of members . The <br /> Board of Directors may provide by resolution the time and place , either within or without the State- <br /> - of Florida , for the holding of additional regular meetings of the Board without other notice than <br /> such resolution , provided that such meetings shall be held at least quarterly . <br /> Section 5 - Special Meetings <br /> Special meetings of the Board of Directors may be called by or at the request of the <br /> Chairman or any two (2) Directors .
