The CONTRACTOR is informed that a person or affiliate who <br /> has been placed on the convicted vendor list following a <br /> conviction for a public entity crime may not submit a bid on a <br /> contract to provide any goods or services to a public entity , <br /> may not submit a bid on a contract with a public entity for the <br /> construction or repair of a public building or public work , may <br /> not submit bids on leases of real property to a public entity , <br /> may not be awarded or perform work as a contractor , supplier , <br /> subcontractor , or consultant under a contract with any public <br /> entity , and may not transact business with any public entity in <br /> excess of the threshold amount provided in Section 287 . 017 , <br /> Florida Statutes , for CATEGORY TWO for a period of 36 months <br /> from the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list . <br /> The CONTRACTOR is informed that the employment of <br /> unauthorized aliens by any Contractor is considered a violation <br /> of Section 274A ( e ) of the Immigration and Nationality Act . If <br /> the Contractor knowingly employs unauthorized aliens , such <br /> violation shall be cause for unilateral cancellation of the <br /> contract . <br /> The CONTRACTOR is informed that an entity or affiliate who <br /> has been placed on the discriminatory vendor list may not submit <br /> a bid on a contract to provide goods or services to a public <br /> entity , may not submit a bid on a contract with a public entity <br /> for the construction or repair of a public building or public <br /> work , may not submit bids on leases of real property to a public <br /> entity , may not award or perform work as a contractor , supplier , <br /> subcontractor , or consultant under contract with any public <br /> entity , . and may not transact business with any public entity . <br /> In the event that two or more documents combine to form <br /> this agreement between the parties , including future amendments <br /> and addenda , and in the event that there are contradictory or <br /> conflicting clauses or requirements in these documents , the <br /> provisions of the document ( s ) prepared by the Department of <br /> Agriculture and Consumer Services Contract shall be controlling . <br /> All contracts entered into by the Department of Agriculture <br /> and Consumer Services or any Division or Bureau thereof , are and <br /> shall be controlled by Florida law , contrary provisions <br /> notwithstanding . <br /> In the event that any clause or requirement of this <br /> agreement is contradictory to , or conflicts with the <br /> requirements of Florida law , including , but not limited to <br /> requirements regarding contracts with Florida ' s governmental <br /> agencies , the offending clause or requirement shall be without <br /> force and effect and the requirements of the Florida Statutes <br /> and rules promulgated thereunder on the same subject shall <br />
