(formerly Hanson Engineers, Inc .) dated <br /> February 10, 1998 . <br /> SECTION V — COMPENSATION <br /> Contract dated Feb. 10, 1998, Professional Services Fee $ 1747500.00 <br /> Amendment No . 1 dated Mar. 21 , 2000 Amended Fee $215 ,094.00 <br /> Amendment No . 2 dated Dec. 11 , 2001 Additional Services $ 10,700.00 <br /> Amendment No . 3 Additional Services $ 159425 -00 <br /> 425 .00 <br /> TOTAL $415 ,719.00 <br /> SECTION VI — ADDITIONAL WORK <br /> Additional services work shall include the services of the Landscape Architect, Houston Cuozzo, as follows : <br /> A. ROW and Buffer Changes on Site# 1 : $29100.00 <br /> 1 . Revise the landscape plans on Site# I to accommodate the roadway improvements and new ROW <br /> line on 41S` street, and the reduction of the Type A buffer on the eastern property line to <br /> accommodate the change in zoning of the adjacent property . <br /> B . Tree Relocation Assistance on Site#2 : $59175 .00 <br /> 1 . Conduct one ( 1 ) site visit to accompany the owner and contractor to identify existing trees to be <br /> maintained in place, or to be relocated, on Site#2. <br /> 2 . Provide specifications detailing the procedure for protecting and relocating trees . <br /> 3 . Conduct three (3) site visits to observe the preservation and relocation of the existing trees on <br /> Site#2 . <br /> 4. Revise the landscape plans on Site#2 to reflect the preservation and/or relocation of selected <br /> existing trees . <br /> C. Construction Administration Services on Site# 1 and Site#2 : $ 89150. 00 <br /> 1 . Perform limited construction administration services to review product and material sample <br /> submittals for landscape items . <br /> 2 . Conduct three (3) site meetings at each site ; once during the installation, upon substantial <br /> completion, and upon final completion of the landscape installation. <br /> 3 . Prepare and submit "as-built" landscape plans for both Site# 1 and Site#2 . <br /> SECTION XVI — DURATION OF CONTRACT <br /> This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until February 10, 2005 , or until completion of all project phases <br /> as specified by the Public Works Director, whichever occurs last, or unless otherwise terminated pursuant to Section <br /> XII of this contract. <br /> SECTION XXI - OTHER PROVISIONS <br /> A. Receipt of an executed copy of this Amendment shall constitute the COUNTY ' S notice to the <br /> ARCHITECT to proceed with the work. <br /> B . All provisions of the CONTRACT not specifically modified shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> C. This Agreement, regardless of where executed, shall be governed by and construed according to the <br />
