' SECTION 01210 <br /> PRECONSTRUCTION CONFERENCE <br /> 1 . 1 SCOPE <br /> A . Date , Time and Location : The Conference will be held after execution of the <br /> Agreement and before construction is started at the site . ENGINEER will fix <br /> ' the date , time and location of the meeting . <br /> Be ENGINEER shall prepare agenda , preside at meeting , and prepare and <br /> ' distribute a transcript of proceedings to all parties . <br /> C . CONTRACTOR shall provide data required , contribute appropriate items for <br /> discussion , and be prepared to discuss all items on agenda . <br /> 1 . 2 REQUIRED ATTENDANCE <br /> A.
