SECTION 01810 <br /> ' PROJECT CLOSEOUT FOR PART 1 OF THE CONTRACT <br /> 1 . 1 DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS <br /> A . Definitions : Closeout is defined to include theuirem eneral requirements q ents near the end <br /> of the Contract Time , in preparation for final acceptance , final payment , normal <br /> termination of the Contract , occupancy by the OWNER , and similar actions <br /> evidencing completion of the work. <br /> 1 . 2 PREREQUISITES FOR FINAL ACCEPTANCE <br /> A . Related Requirements : <br /> 1 . General Conditions : Article 13 , Article 14 , and other Articles as applicable . <br /> 2 . Supplementary Conditions . <br /> ' 3 . Section 01330 , Required Submittals . <br /> 4 . Section 01710 , Site Cleanup and Restoration . <br /> 5 . Section 02238 , Wetland Mitigation Planting , <br /> 6 . All other Sections of these Specifications requiring specific close-out <br /> submittals or requirements of various trades . <br /> ' B . The following information shall accompany the final Application for Payment for <br /> Part 1 of the Contract (except as previously delivered ) : <br /> 1 . All information required by General Conditions 14 . 07 , <br /> 2 . Final payment request . <br /> ' 3 . Final releases and supports from all subcontractors and suppliers not <br /> previously submitted and accepted . <br /> 4 . Certificates of insurance for products and completed operations . <br /> 5 . Updated final statement , accounting for additional changes to the Contract <br /> Sum . <br /> ' 6 . Certified copy of OWNER's final punch -list of itemized work to be completed <br /> or corrected , stating that each item has been completed or otherwise resolved <br /> for acceptance , endorsed and dated by the OWNER' s Project Representative . <br /> ' 7 . Project Record Documents , <br /> 8 , Section 00632 — Contractor' s Final Certification of the Work . <br /> 9 , Section 00634 - Professional Surveyor and Mapper' s Certification as to <br /> Elevations and Locations of the Work . <br /> 1 . 3 FINAL CLEANING <br /> A . General : As specified herein and in Section 01710 , provide final cleaning of the <br /> Work . <br /> ' 1 . 4 COMPLIANCY <br /> ' A .
