SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN INDIAN RIVER O ,� A �, :. CIVIL RVGINEE-M 27TH AVENUE This SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT, entered into this p2 day of L! cam' 2008, by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the S4 to of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the COUNTY, and HDR ENGINEERING, INC., 2202 N. West Shore Boulevard, Suite 250, Tampa, FL 33507-5755, hereinafter referred to as the ENGINEER, WITNESSETH WHEREAS, the ENGINEER is currently performing professional civil engineering services and right-of-way cost estimations for the COUNTY for Phase I of the Oslo Road improvement project; and WHEREAS, the COUNTY is in need of additional services with respect to right-of-way cost estimates for parcels along 27`h Avenue; and WHEREAS, the ENGINEER has agreed to perform the additional services for an additional $4,805.00; and WHEREAS, the parties mutually agree to supplement their earlier agreement to include additional services as follows: SECTION III - SCOPE OF SERVICES In addition to the previous right-of-way cost estimates for roadway alternative design and related services previously completed, the ENGINEER agrees to perform additional professional right-of-way cost estimates along 27"h Avenue in connection with the project as follows: 1. The ENGINEER will research land use, existing site plans, recent sales and current listings to provide for the right-of-way cost estimates. 2. The ENGINEER will an on-site inspection to each parcel provide field notes to COUNTY in addition to the cost estimates. 3. The ENGINEER will provide the COUNTY with business damage estimates provided by Jorge Moreno, CPA with the firm of Gerson, Preston, Robinson and Company. SECTION IV - TIME FOR COMPLETION The time for completion of the supplemental right-of-way cost estimates and business damage estimates shall be 20 days from notice to proceed. SECTION V - COMPENSATION The COUNTY agrees to pay and the ENGINEER agrees to accept the sum of $4,805.00 for supplemental services rendered pursuant to this Agreement. Except as supplemented above, the original agreement dated October 2007, shall remain controlling and in full force and effect.
