HINSILBLON, INC. -- o 03 AIR POLLUTION CONTROL ECO SOLAR TRAILER Hinsilblon , Inc . is willing to demonstrate their Eco Solar Trailer at the Indian River County Landfill and in the event of an act of God , should the Eco Solar Trailer be damaged , Hinsilblon , Inc . will hold harmless Indian River County and SWDD . Indian River County and SWDD will make every effort to keep trucks and machinery far enough away from the Eco Solar Trailer to prevent damage to the Eco Solar Trailer . Hinsilblon , Inc . further agrees to : 1 . Sell SWDD five ( 5 ) gallons of Clear Scent at a reduced rate of ninety-five dollars ( $ 95 . 00 ) per gallon plus shipping and handling or a total of five hundred and fifteen dollars ( $ 515 . 00 ) , normally one hundred and ten dollars ( $ 110 . 00 ) per gallon plus shipping and handling . 2 . Demonstrate the Eco Solar Trailer for a period of thirty ( 30 ) days at no additional cost to SWDD or Indian River County . 3 . Supply five ( 5 ) gallons of Orange Scent at no cost to SWDD or Indian River County . 4 . At any time during or after initial 30 day period , SWDD or Indian River County may request Hinsilblon , Inc . to remove the Eco Solar Trailer without any further obligation to Hinsilblon , Inc .
