Exhibit "A" <br /> To Amendment No.3 <br /> Exhibit Pavilion At Fairgrounds/Hobart Park <br /> "Scope of Work" <br /> We are pleased to you providing additional scope to the GMP proposal for the design and <br /> construction of an exhibit pavilion at the Indian River fairgrounds in Amendment No. 3. <br /> Items to be Added to our scope of work: <br /> • Electrical work(lighting,panels)(Power to be provided from an overhead power pole <br /> next to the building)(The removal of existing power poles on site is not included) <br /> • Additional Fire line <br /> The following items are Not included <br /> • Original Proposed master site plan that consisted of swales and enlarging the large <br /> detention pond <br /> • 36"Rcp for Site Plan <br /> • Roof and siding insulation <br /> • Monitoring well and water testing for NPDES Permit <br /> • Concrete drive approach/drives <br /> • Gates and Fencing <br /> • Additional pavers to match existing and connect to new building <br /> • Galvanizing of structural beams and columns <br /> • Epoxy paint <br /> • Lightning protection is not provided <br /> Clarifications <br /> • Landscaping value is an allowance if actual cost is higher than the allowance there will <br /> be an increase in the contract value to cover the actual cost. The landscape includes <br /> seeding of disturbed area. <br /> • Galvanizing of the purlins and girts (structural steel will be shop primed and painted on <br /> site with oil based paint). <br /> • No Pavers are to be provided—A concrete pad 20'x44' is included to connect the existing <br /> building to the new building. <br /> • Site office is not included(we are to have access to a room in the existing building to <br /> operate on site construction). <br /> • Temporary toilet facilities are not included(We are to have access to existing restroom in <br /> existing building). <br /> The total value for this additional work will be Thirty Six Thousand Five Hundred and Nine <br /> Dollars($36,509.00). This price will be valid for no more than 60 days. Schedule attached <br /> represents duration and sequencing of work only. The actual start and completion dates are <br /> dependant on the date of Notice to Proceed,the previous submitted schedule is only applicable <br /> for activates and anticipated durations. The actual start date may not be the same due to <br /> permitting and contract negotiations. <br /> 12/17/2002 <br />
