fi <br /> EXHIBIT "A " <br /> Administrative Services for the HOME Again program include : <br /> A. Prepare the Environmental Review; <br /> B . Attendance at State Monitorings/Audits and completion of required monthly <br /> Reports ; <br /> C . Keep an independent set of books on the project; <br /> D . Prepare Request for Funds for the project; <br /> E . Develop and coordinate the client selection process ; <br /> F . Verify all household members ' incomes ; <br /> G. Order and review title searches on all properties ; <br /> H. Verify that no conflicts on interest exist between potential clients and County <br /> Commissioners or County staff involved in the project (If any conflicts exist, <br /> obtain waiver of these conflicts) <br /> I . Coordinate the ranking of all clients ; <br /> J. Order surveys on all residences being replaced; <br /> K. Bid out demolition of all residences being replaced; <br /> L . Coordinate the relocation of the clients during construction <br /> M . Coordinate both the signing of the demolition and new construction contracts <br /> with the appropriate contractors ; <br /> N. Review and approve draw requests and insuring coordination with the <br /> County building department is ongoing; <br /> O . Work with the clients to insure an orderly relocation back into the new <br /> residence ; <br /> P . Insure all Release of Liens are obtained from the contractors prior to making <br /> Final payment. <br /> Soft Costs for the HOME Again program include : <br /> A . Meetings with individual applicants to complete the Intake Applications, <br /> B . Gather title and income information for processing. <br /> 30 <br />
