26 <br />The Chairman presented letters from Mr. Taylor and Mr. <br />Alexander expressing appreciation for the work done by the Board <br />and their Attorney with regard to having the Roseland Railroad cros- <br />sing re -opened. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by <br />Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried, that the Chairman <br />is authorized to approve application for TB patients, subject to <br />ratification at subsequent meetings. <br />The Chairman presented two Resolutions frorn the Indian <br />River County Board of Public Instruction which were ordered filed <br />in the records of the Clerk's Office. (Resolution No. 1 requested <br />the Board to budget one-half of the race track fund to the School <br />Board while Resolution No. 2 was adopted to have a special bill <br />presented to the Legistlature that would give the Schools one-half <br />of the race track funds. <br />Commissioner Macdonald requested the Board to approve the <br />removal of two cedar trees from the front yard of Mr. Franzi in <br />consideration for the necessary right of way for Roseland Road. Motion <br />was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner Waddell <br />and unanimously carried, that the request be granted. <br />The County Service Officer filed his monthly report with <br />the Board. <br />.A1'Webber, Deputy -Clerk, requested authorization to refund <br />$1,600.00 from Escrow Account to Anthony Malizia (Greenwood Village) <br />because the subdivision work had been completed according to the <br />County Engineer. Motion} was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by <br />'Commissioner Hamilton and unanimously carried, that the request is <br />authorized. <br />Al Webber also requested the following Item to Item trans- <br />fers.
