The rent under the lease is $ 1 per year. <br /> The lease was assigned to Indian River Homeless Services Council , Inc . on May 7, <br /> 2002 . See note 5 . <br /> During 2002 , the Organization leased a vehicle and certain office equipment under <br /> operating leases . The property serves as the Organization ' s administrative offices and provides <br /> additional parking for the shelter. <br /> During the years ended June 30 , 2002 and 2001 , the Organization received grants from <br /> the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County , Florida that provided <br /> funding for certain operational expenses of up to $ 50, 000 each during the fiscal years <br /> ending September 30, 2002, 2001 and 2000 .
