DeBraal, Deputy County Attorney <br />DATE: May 29, 2008 <br />SUBJECT: Interlocal Agreement Concerning HUD Home Investment <br />Partnership Act <br />I have reviewed the above -captioned interlocal agreement that was sent to your <br />office to be recorded. As you correctly pointed out, the interlocal agreement <br />differs with the original interlocal agreement approved by the Board of County <br />Commissioners on May 2, 2006. After review of these two agreements it is my <br />opinion that none of the changes are significant and do not change the intent nor <br />the meaning of the interlocal agreement approved our Board. In order to better <br />document your files and the record, you may wish to record this memorandum <br />along with the interlocal agreement. <br />Please contact me should you have questions. <br />WKD/sw <br />
