As you correctly pointed out, the interlocal agreement <br /> differs with the original interlocal agreement approved by the Board of County <br /> Commissioners on May 2 , 2006 . After review of these two agreements it is my <br /> opinion that none of the changes are significant and do not change the intent nor <br /> the meaning of the interlocal agreement approved our Board .
