look 7 P*A` '1� TUESDAY, AUGUST 7, 1962. The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, met at the Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida in a regular meeting held at 8:00 o'clock A. M. Tuesday, August 7, 1962. All members were present. Also present were Ed Schmucker, County Engineer, John Gould, Attorney, Al Webber and Ruth Elliott, Deputy Clerks. The Chairman asked if there were any changes or additions to be made to the minutes of July 10 and 24, 1962. Upon Motion by Commissioner Hamilton, seconded by Commissioner Waddell and unanimously carried, the minutes of July 10 and July 24, 1962 were approved as read. The Chairman read a Notice that was published in the Vero Beach Press -Journal on July 26, 1962, advertising a Supplemental Budget of the Fine and Forfeiture Fund as follows: Fine and Forfeiture Fund Expenditures To From 364. Sheriffs Expenses other than Salaries $7,144.00 Excess Receipts Cash Balances $7,144.00 There being no one present who wished to be heard, Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner Waddell, and unanimously carried, that the followin g Resolution be adopted: R E S O L U T I O N WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, did receive and examine and tentatively adopt a proposed budget of excess receipts and their expenditures for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1962; and, WHEREAS, this Board did cause a summary statement thereof tobe advertised one r time in a newspaper of general circulation published in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit in the issue of July 26, 1962, of the'Vero Beach Press -Journal, as will more fully appear by proof of pub- lication thereof filed in the minutes of this Board; and, WHEREAS, this Board did meet at the time and place stated in said, advertisement for'the purpose of hearing requests and complaints of the
