Compensation for the Administrator shall be the total sum of Four Hundred <br /> Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and 00/ 100 Dollars ( $412 , 500 . 00) , <br /> Twenty-Four (24) equal monthly payments of Twelve Thousand and 00/ 100 <br /> Dollars ($ 12 , 000 . 00) . If extension of the grant is requested and approved by The <br /> Florida Department of Community Affairs monthly payment will be reduced <br /> accordingly to correspond with the remaining portion of the contract . Balance of <br /> One Hundred Twenty Four Thousand Five Hundred and 00/ 100 Dollars <br /> ( $ 124 , 500 . 00 ) , to be paid upon the issuance of a "Notice of Administrative <br /> Closeout" for the project by the Florida Department of Community Affairs . <br /> Payments will commence thirty (30) days after the effective date of the contract <br /> between the Florida Department of Community Affairs (DCA) and the Local <br /> Government. <br /> At the end of the twelfth month of this contract, the Local Government and <br /> the Administrator shall review the progress of the project to determine if the <br /> project is proceeding on schedule . If the project is determined not to be <br /> progressing on schedule, a revised payment schedule shall be developed that is <br /> acceptable to both parties . <br /> If the grant contract obligations are met and the grant closes out prior to the <br /> twenty- four month ending date the administrator can be paid the sum remaining <br /> 11 <br />
