Disaster <br /> Recovery Initiative, including but not limited to , public hearings , staff meetings , public <br /> informational meetings , etc . <br /> 17 . Provide monthly progress reports to the local government in sufficient detail <br /> to indicate accomplishments and tasks completed . <br /> 18 . Provide additional progress reports to the local government if requested . <br /> 19 . Provide all reports relating to the project as required by the Florida <br /> Department of Community Affairs . <br /> 20 . Prepare all required or requested program amendments including the <br /> preparation of advertisements , conducting required public hearings and updating <br /> Environmental Reviews . <br /> B. PUBLIC FACILITIES <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES OF THE ADMINISTRATOR <br /> The Administrator shall provide the following services for the public facilities unit <br /> of this project : <br /> 1 . Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate the direct costs of such facilities within the <br /> target area. <br /> 2 . Establish and maintain adequate bookkeeping systems for this subsection of the <br /> 5 <br />
