District and Franchisee acknowledge and agree that the District shall send a termination <br /> notice to Franchisee that sets forth the date that Garbage collection services under this <br /> Memorandum of Understanding shall cease . <br /> 5 . CONFLICT . Except as supplemented herein , the terms and conditions of the <br /> Agreement shall remain in full force and effect . To the extent of any conflict between the <br /> terms of this Memorandum of Understanding and the terms of the Agreement , the terms of <br /> this Memorandum of Understanding shall control .
