Tetreault <br /> 740 Museum Drive <br /> Mobile , AL 36608 <br /> Dear Mr. Tetreault : <br /> This serves as a notice to proceed from Indian River County authorizing DRC , <br /> Inc . to proceed with debris removal within Indian River County as a result of <br /> Hurricane Jeanne as directed by Indian River County in accordance with the <br /> terms of the contract executed with DRC , Inc . and Indian River County on March <br /> 19 , 2002 . As you know , this has been deemed as an emergency situation and <br /> will be processed in terms of emergency procedures . <br /> The following is agreed upon as requested : <br /> • The contract may be terminated at any time for breach of the <br /> terms and conditions of Indian River County . If this clause is <br /> exercised , Indian River County agrees to pay the Contractor <br /> for all work completed through the termination date . <br /> • Payment to the Contractor will be the responsibility of Indian <br /> River County in accordance with the terms of the letter of <br /> agreement dated as of September 27 , 2004 , and will not be <br /> contingent upon reimbursement by any other agency . <br /> • Indian River County will make every effort to pay the <br /> Contractor on a weekly basis . <br /> Thank you in advance for you assistance .
