delegated the ability to issue Emergency Orders for Indian River County to the County <br /> Administrator, <br /> WHEREAS , due to the declared state of emergency as set forth above , Indian River <br /> County desires , solely from the period commencing September 28 , 2004 and ending <br /> no later than 5 : 00 pm on March 31 , 2005 , and applicable throughout Indian River <br /> County's jurisdiction , to provide rules for the Temporary Operation of General Office <br /> Uses Within the Medical ( MED ) Zoning District . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , this Emergency Order is issued declaring that, solely from <br /> the period commencing September 28 , 2004 and ending no later than 5 : 00 pm on <br /> March 31 , 2005 , the following rules shall apply to the Temporary Operation of General <br /> Office Uses Within the Medical ( MED ) Zoning District : <br /> Solely from the period commencing September 28 , 2004 and ending no <br /> later than 5 : 00 pm on March 31 , 2005 , general offices legally operating <br /> prior to Hurricane Frances or Hurricane Jeanne that cannot be operated due <br /> to storm damage or storm - related reconstruction are allowed to operate from <br /> buildings within the Medical ( MED ) zoning district . No Planning Division <br /> authorization is needed for relocation . No Building Division authorization is <br /> needed for relocation unless building modifications are proposed . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , this Emergency Order is in effect throughout Indian River <br /> County' s jurisdiction from September 28 , 2004 and shall expire at 5 : 00 pm on March 31 , <br /> 2005 , unless further extended by subsequent Emergency Order <br /> DONE AND ORDERED this 28th day of September, 2004 . <br /> 041) OZ, <br /> oseph .
