ocl - � � S <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br /> WORK ORDER No . 2 to the CONTINUING <br /> CONTRACT AGREEMENT for PROFESSIONAL <br /> SERVICES BETWEEN WCG/NEEL=SCHAFFER INC . <br /> and INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br /> Pursuant to the Continuing Contract Agreement for Professional Services <br /> ( MASTER AGREEMENT) dated April 6 , 2004 , by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY , a <br /> political subdivision of the State of Florida , hereinafter referred to as COUNTY , and <br /> WCG/NEEL-SCHAFFER , INC . , Vero Beach , Florida , hereinafter referred to as ENGINEER , <br /> this WORK ORDER is an extension of and hereby becomes a part of the MASTER <br /> AGREEMENT as follows : <br /> SECTION 1 - PROJECT LIMITS AND DESCRIPTION <br /> This Work Order is for monitoring services for Hurricane Frances and Hurricane <br /> Jeanne debris pickup and disposal . COUNTY has contracted with two private contractors <br /> for debris pickup and disposal . Debris in the unincorporated County from 8th Street north <br /> will be picked up by Waste Management , Inc . Debris in the unincorporated County from <br /> 8th Street south will be picked up by DRC , Inc . <br /> SECTION II = COUNTY OBLIGATIONS <br /> COUNTY Capital Projects Manager, Terry Thompson , P . E . , will manage and <br /> coordinate the contracts with Waste Management , Inc , and DRC , Inc . <br /> SECTION III — SCOPE OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY ENGINEER <br /> A . ENGINEER shall provide the following services so that the Work described in <br /> Section 1 — " Project Limits and Description " can proceed as follows : <br /> 1 . Provide supervision and debris training for debris monitors . <br /> 2 . Provide supervision and tracking for tower monitors . <br /> 3 . Investigate and provide property damage reports . <br /> 4 . Coordinate Work with contractors . <br /> 5 . Review and approve time sheets and mileage reports . <br /> 6 . Assist COUNTY with providing documentation required to meet FEMA <br /> reimbursement guidelines . <br /> SECTION IV - TIME FOR COMPLETION <br /> ENGINEER shall supply personnel to complete the task by December 24 , 2004 or <br /> upon notice from COUNTY that COUNTY no longer needs the services of the ENGINEER . <br /> FAPublic Works\Hurricane Jeanne Docs\WCG Neel Schafer-Work Order, I 1 -2004.doc <br /> 1 <br />
