Therefore, school impact fees are often assessed based on the <br /> student generation rates of specific residential use types . For IRC, the student generation <br /> rate per residential unit is based on three types of residential uses : single family, multi- <br /> family, and mobile homes . <br /> The student generation rate, or number of students per unit figure, is developed by <br /> dividing the number of students within a particular residential use type by the total <br /> number of units of that land use in IRC .
