The equipment cost for regional parks <br /> is $487 per resident and $69 , 344 per acre . Similarly, the total equipment cost for <br /> neighborhood/community parks is $ 35 per resident and $ 68 , 586 per acre . It should be <br /> noted that separate costs are not considered for the pistol and rifle range, as there is <br /> minimum equipment associated with these facilities .
