Order) ; provide a preliminary opinion of probable construction costs for the <br /> vortex units and floating booms , including yearly operation and maintenance <br /> costs ; determine probable pollutant removal efficiencies for the vortex devices ; <br /> and address safety concerns in the event that public access is provided to or <br /> near the treatment facilities for public education purposes . <br /> The preliminary engineering report shall discuss findings , calculations , costs , <br /> recommendations , cost/benefit analysis , etc . , and it shall include preliminary <br /> engineering drawings for the recommended installations . Additionally, <br /> investigate permitting requirements for installing the structures . Determine which <br /> agencies will have jurisdiction and discuss the proposed project with each of <br /> those agencies to determine their permitting requirements and <br /> design/construction constraints . <br /> Task 2 - Project Meetings - Meet with COUNTY and IRFWCD personnel as <br /> requested by the COUNTY at the County Administration Building or project site . <br /> As a minimum , the following meetings will be held : <br /> a . At least 3 coordination meetings to discuss the project and develop <br /> criteria to guide the Preliminary Engineering Report , and one or <br /> more meetings to review the Preliminary Engineering Report . <br /> b .
