TIMETABLE (Section G not to exceed one page) <br /> 1 . List the major action steps, activities or cycles of events that will occur within the <br /> program year. New programs should include any start-up planning that may occur <br /> outside the funding year. In completing the timetable, review information detailed in <br /> prior sections. <br /> Month/Period Activities <br /> October 2003 • Contact all independent after school programs to assess interest <br /> and scheduling of arts classes and/or field trips . <br /> • Assemble referrals from schools, returning students and cultural <br /> camp attendees . <br /> • Document 2002 —2003 funding year arts classes and field trips <br /> from Participating independent after school program records . <br /> • Match students with appropriate sites and classes . <br /> • Set up records of arts classes and field trips for 2003 —2004 <br /> funding year for each participating program. <br /> November 2003 • Administer Silver Drawing Test as pre-test to participants in <br /> program in the first month of program being operational <br /> • Identify returning students enrolled in the After School Arts <br /> Program. <br /> October 2003 — <br /> May 2004 • Conduct classes and field trips . <br /> • Administer Silver Drawing Test as post-test to participants in <br /> the last month of program being operational . <br /> May 2004 • Program classes cease <br /> • Compare arts classes and field trip records of 2002 —2003 to <br /> 2003 — 2004 . <br /> • Identify children with risk factors indicated by test results . <br /> • Notify parents/guardians of children identified with risk factors <br /> to appropriate referral sources . <br /> • Compare Pre & Post Test Results <br /> June 2004 • Identify returning students that complete the program for the <br /> 2003 — 2004 funding year. <br /> • Compare the beginning and end of year names to determine <br /> retention. <br /> July 2004 • Prepare Final Report <br /> 12 <br />
