remainder of this Interlocal Agreement , then the application of such term or provision to <br /> persons or circumstances other than those as to which it is held invalid or unenforceable shall <br /> not be affected , and every other term and provision of this Interlocal Agreement shall be <br /> deemed valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by law . <br /> 6 . 4 . Pierce , FL 34957- 1270 <br /> Notice given in accordance with the provisions of this Section shall be deemed to be <br /> delivered and effective on the date of hand delivery or on the second day after the date <br /> of the deposit with an overnight courier or on the date upon which the return receipt is <br /> signed or delivery is refused or the notice is designated by the postal authorities as not <br /> delivered if mailed . <br /> 6 . 5 . Captions in this Interlocal Agreement are included for convenience only and are <br /> not to be considered in any construction or interpretation of this Interlocal Agreement or any of <br /> its provisions . <br /> 6 . 6 . This Interlocal Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts , each <br /> of which shall be deemed to be an original copy and all of which shall constitute but one and <br /> the same instrument . <br /> 6 . 7 . This Interlocal Agreement shall become effective upon execution by both parties <br /> and filing with the Clerk of the Circuit Courts for St . Lucie and Indian River Counties . <br /> 10 <br />
