Sewer Connections . During construction of the Oslo Road Expansion, the COUNTY shall cause <br /> to be constructed a connection to the 12" diameter force main under Oslo Road and shall extend a <br /> service tine to the right-of-way for future connection. The SCHOOL DISTRICT shall be responsible <br /> for any line extension fees, cormecdon fees and any other costs associated with future service to their <br /> property. <br /> 7 . water Connections. During construction of the Oslo Road Expansion, the COUNTY shall <br /> cause to be constructed a connection to the 20" diameter water main under Oslo Road and shall <br /> extend a service line to the right-of-way for future connection. Timeline for Closing. The COUNTY estimates that it will take approximately thirty days to <br /> obtain an appraisal and upon receipt of the appraisal , the parties should be able to proceed to close on <br /> the parcels in approximately thirty days . The parties shall cooperate and take all action necessary to <br /> close the purchase of the subject parcels as soon as reasonably possible following the delivery of the <br /> appraisals. <br /> 9. Property Insurance/Risk Management. At the time of conveyance of any properties under this <br /> agreement, the receiving party shall be responsible for securing insurance coverage on the facility and <br /> grounds. <br /> 10. Assignment. This Agreement and any interest herein shall not be assigned, transferred or <br /> otherwise encumbered by the SCHOOL DISTRICT or COUNTY under any circumstances without <br /> the prior written consent of the other party. <br /> 3 <br />
