Appendix `A' <br /> Timeline Schedule for the Annual School Concurrency & School District <br /> Educational Facilities Plan Review and Update <br /> • January 15J through 2nd week of January - County staff to provide school district <br /> staff with population projections by Traffic Analysis Zones (TAZ) . <br /> ■ 2ud week of January through 3rd week of January - data preparation and gathering <br /> for upcoming Staff bVorking Group (SWG) meeting. <br /> School district staff to compile preliminary data for the School District Facilities <br /> Work Program. <br /> Municipal staffs to provide to county staff a copy of their jurisdictions ' land use <br /> map and list of planned and anticipated capital facilities that may be conducive to <br /> shared use with the School District (e.g. parks, libraries, and public buildings) . <br /> County staff to prepare the same. <br /> • Last Week of January - County and School District staff to coordinate and send to <br /> the SWG a copy of the previous year ' s School Concurrency Assessment Report, a <br /> copy of the previous year ' s School District Educational Facilities Plan, a memo <br /> indicating potential revisions to each of the aforesaid and key points of discussion, <br /> TAZ population projections, copies of County and municipal future land use maps, <br /> and a list of capital projects possible for shared use . <br /> SWG • 1 " week of February - SWG meeting. <br /> Meeting 1 <br /> For the first year, SWG reviews outline for proposed School Concurrency <br /> Assessment Report.
