The School District Educational Facilities Plan shall contain: <br /> ■ Projected five year school enrollment; <br /> • Existing school sites and educational facilities, their enrollments, their existing <br /> capacities, their utilization percentages, and their designed capacities upon <br /> expansion; <br /> • The number of portables in use at each school ; <br /> • Projected needs for expansions, major renovations and new facilities; and <br /> ■ School District Five-Year Capital Facilities Schedule that specifies new <br /> construction, remodeling or renovation projects which will add permanent <br /> capacity or modernize existing facilities. <br /> School District staff enters appropriate data into School Concurrency computer <br /> program and prints a copy of the draft Annual School Concurrency Assessment <br /> Report. <br /> County staff and School District staff shall coordinate and send copies of said <br /> documents to the Citizens Oversight Committee (COC) for review. <br /> SWG • 3rd week of March — SWG meeting to review draft Annual School Concurrency <br /> Meeting 2 Assessment Report and draft School District Educational Facilities Plan. <br /> The SWG shall evaluate whether or not the proposed School District Five-Year <br /> Facilities Work Program maintains the adopted Level of Service Standard by: <br /> ■ adding enough projects to increase the capacity, if needed, to eliminate any <br /> Permanent Student Station shortfalls, including required modernization of <br /> existing facilities; and <br /> ■ providing Permanent Student Stations for the projected growth in enrollment <br /> over each of the five (5) years covered by the Plan. <br /> COC • 1st week of April — Citizens Oversight Committee meeting to review the draft <br /> Meeting Annual School Concurrency Assessment Report and the draft School District <br /> Educational Facilities Plan . The COC shall evaluate and provide input on the report <br /> and work program and in general on public school planning issues and activities. <br /> 2"d and 3`d week of April through 2"d week of May — County planning staff, <br /> municipal staff, and school district staff revise both the draft Annual School <br /> Concurrency Assessment Report and the draft School District Educational Facilities <br /> Plan, based on comments from COC meeting . <br /> • 3` 1 week of May — County Planning staff and School District staff send draft <br /> Annual School Concurrency Assessment Report and draft School District Educational <br /> Facilities Plan to SWG members with a summary memo and a copy of the COC <br /> meeting minutes . <br /> F'.1Cotnmunay Development`.Users'LONG RANGB`,CompPlan AmendmentsTublic Schools%UpdatesQLATINAL IRC Interlocal Agreement - January 31 , 2008 dm <br /> 38 <br />
