.0 w <br />R E S O L U T I O N <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the rate of taxation necessary to meet the <br />expenditures of the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1962, pursuant to the <br />budget of said Board as heretofore published and approved, is as herein- <br />after levied and that the tax rate as hereinafter shown and set forth be <br />and it is hereby levied on all taxable property in Indian River County, <br />Florida, for the year 1962 with the rate hereinafter set out, to -wit: <br />1. In order to meet the estimated expenses of the General Fund, <br />it is determined and hereby declared that a tax rate of Three and twelve <br />hundredth (3.12) mills upon the dollar be levied and hereby imposed. <br />2. In order to meet the estimated expenses of the Road and <br />Bridge Fund, it is determined and hereby declared that a tax rate of Two <br />and Seventy-eight hundredth (2.78) mills upon the dollar be levied and is <br />hereby imposed. <br />3. In order to meet the estimated expenses of the Fine and For- <br />feiture Fund, it is determined and hereby declared that a tax rate of One <br />and thirty-one hundredth (1.31) mills upon the dollar be levied and is <br />hereby imposed. <br />4. In order to meet the estimated expenses of the Capital Outlay <br />Fund, it is determined and hereby declared that a tax rate of eighty-nine <br />hundredth (.89) mill upon the dollar be levied and is hereby imposed. <br />• _5. In order to provide funds to the -Indian River County Public <br />Health Unit, it is determined and hereby declared that a tax rate of -Three <br />Hundred and twenty-four thousandths (.324) mill upon the dollar be levied, <br />assessed and is hereby imposed upon all the property lying.and being in <br />the County of Indian River,'the proceeds of which when collected shall be <br />paid to the State Treasurer of the State of Florida for the account of the <br />State Board of Health of the State of Florida to be expended by said State <br />f <br />Board of Health as provided by.Chapter 154, Florida Statutes. , <br />
