Reg. Plan. Council. $391.00 <br />951 Contingencies $391.00 <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner <br />Waddell and unanimously carried, that any surplus money that Mrs. McMechen <br />has left from funds for the Wabasso lifeguard is to be used for improvement <br />of the public park in Wabasso. <br />A letter from Supreme Oil Company was received stating that they <br />wished to withdraw their bid for asphalt as an error had been made in the <br />price submitted. The County Engineer was asked to advise them that the <br />bid had been accepted before the letter of withdrawal came in, therefore <br />nothing could be done about it. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner <br />Waddell and unanimously carried, that the following Resolution be adopted. <br />-------------- <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners.of Indian <br />River County, Florida: <br />1. That the County of Indian River has no present or pending plans <br />for the use of any extension of the Indian River County road system at <br />20th Street and ,Commerce Avenue in the City of Vero iBeach, Florida. <br />2. That the_Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County <br />has.no objection to the State Road Department authorizing the Trustees of <br />the Internal Improvement Fund to release -a road right of way resgrvation <br />-contained in State Deed No. 290. <br />--------------- <br />To <br />- ------To confirm the.fact that County warrants drawn in October, prior <br />to final adoption of the 1962-63 budget.were legal, the County Attorney <br />submitted to the Clerk the following letter from the Attoraey General.` <br />
