Fish and Wildlife Service Guidelines for <br /> Compliance <br /> guidance on those requirements generally applicable to with Federal Nondiscrimination Requirements <br /> grant programs . ( 3) U . S . Fish and Wildlife Service Federally Assisted <br /> 1 . 2 Applicability and Scope . In accepting Federal funds , Program Implementation Plan <br /> States and other grantees must comply with all applicable C . Requirements . <br /> Federal laws , regulations , and policies . This chapter is not <br /> all -inclusive .
