The Coun <br /> tv <br /> has requested a two-month extension to complete installation of five flashboard riser structures at three project <br /> sites. <br /> CAUSE OF DELAY and JUSTIFICATION FOR EXTENSION: One of the growers was in the process of <br /> acquiring permits and procuring the materials when an offer for purchase of their property was received and the <br /> installation process was stopped. The purchase offer fell through and the owners decided to proceed with plans <br /> to install the structures. The other two remaining rowers are also finalizing permit requirements and Drocuring <br /> the materials and will have their roiects completed by the end of Janua .
