GOAL : TLC Newborn staff will visit 1 . Six out of seven days a week, a <br /> 98 % of women who deliver at Indian River representative of TLC Newborn will visit <br /> Memorial Hospital. Indian River Memorial Hospital and offer the <br /> TLC Newborn program to mothers of <br /> newborns . <br /> 2 . GOAL : 93 % of mothers who are visited 2 .
