but only concerning those portions of meetings in which discussions are held regarding <br /> this Agreement or the Neighborhood Stabilization Program. All of these meetings shall <br /> be publicly noticed, open to the public, and the minutes of all the meetings shall be public <br /> records, available to the public in accordance with Chapter 119, Fla. Stat. <br /> 12 .20 American Made <br /> All unmanufactured and manufactured articles, materials and supplies which are acquired <br /> for public use under this Agreement must have been produced in the United States as <br /> required under 41 U. S . C . 10a, unless it would not be in the public interest or <br /> unreasonable in cost. <br /> 12 .21 Provisions Required by Law Deemed Inserted <br /> Each and every provision of law and clause required by law to be inserted in this <br /> Agreement shall be deemed to be inserted herein and the Agreement shall be read and <br /> enforced as though it were included herein, and if through mistake or otherwise any such <br /> provision is not inserted, or is no correctly inserted, then upon the application of either <br /> party the Agreement shall forthwith be physically amended to make such insertion or <br /> correction. <br /> 12 . 22 Provision Requiring SUBRECIPIENT to maintain Internet Access <br /> SUBRECIPIENT shall ensure Internet access, including email, for the duration of the <br /> Agreement, including any time extensions . <br /> 12 . 23 Provision Requiring Annual Fair Housing Activity <br /> SUBRECIPIENT shall annually undertake an activity to affirmatively further fair <br /> housing pursuant to 24 CFR Section 570 .487(b)(4) . "Annually" shall be defined as an <br /> activity for each year or one-third thereof from the effective date of the Agreement to the <br /> date of submission of the administrative closeout package to DEPARTMENT. <br /> 12 .24 Mortgage Default Disclosure <br /> SUBRECIPIENT warrants and assures that it has not defaulted on a mortgage or had a <br /> mortgage foreclosed during the five years preceding the date of execution of this <br /> Agreement. <br /> 12 .25 Unresolved Findings Disclosure <br /> SUBRECIPIENT warrants and assures that it does not have any unresolved findings that <br /> were raised as a result of any DEPARTMENT or HUD audit, management review, or <br /> other government investigation concerning the entity, its developments, or contracts <br /> 12 .26 Previous Breach of Agreement <br /> 22 <br />
