16 . The County develops a list of qualified properties . March 2010 <br /> 17 . The TCHSC and HA sub-recipient agreements are <br /> finalized and sent to DCA for review and approval. The County enters into Developer ' s agreement with the TCHSC <br /> and a sub-recipient with the HA to carry out the program. March 2010 <br /> 21 . From a list of properties supplied by the County, the <br /> TCHSC and HA submit a list of qualified properties <br /> they are interested in acquiring April 2010 <br /> 22 . Option contracts on properties are negotiated April 2010 <br /> 23 . Due diligence is conducted on the properties May 2010 <br /> 24 . Eligible properties are purchased June 2010 <br /> 25 .
