Yes <br /> Law Library Services <br /> The Indian River County Law Library, also known as the James Vocelle Law Library, is <br /> located in the County Courthouse and managed by the public library system. This service <br /> is open to the public although its services make it a special rather than a public library. <br /> Services include a collection of law books and journals , a photocopier, two public access <br /> ,r. computers with Internet and Lois Law ( electronic database) , carrel seating , an attorney <br /> work room supplied by the local Bar Association , and a small conference room . The <br /> library is staffed by one full-time Librarian II position and is open 8 : 30 AM to Noon and <br /> �. 1 : 00 to 5 : 00 PM , Monday through Friday . <br /> The Law Librarian estimates that use is 70 %o by the general public and 30 %o by attorneys . <br /> +.
