` L INDIAN RIVER COUNTY MURPHY ACT RESERVATION AND RELEASE MAPPING ADDENDUM NO , 2 OBJECTIVE OF THE ADDENDUM The objective of this Addendum is to extend the scope of services of the " Indian River County Public Works Department Professional Surveying Services Agreement for Murphy Act Reservation and Release Mapping " dated March 4 , 2003 (the Agreement) to map an additional 201 Murphy Act release documents . This addendum further sets out a scope of services for Nick Miller, Inc. ( NMI ) to provide periodic Murphy Act release mapping on an as-needed basis . ONE -TIME UPDATE MAPPING OF 201 MURPHY ACT RELEASES SOURCE OF RELEASE DATA SURVEYOR will map two-hundred and one (201 ) Murphy Act releases based on release documents provided by Indian River County. DATA STRUCTURE OF RELEASES NMI will map the releases as AutoCAD blocks with attributes . To facilitate documentation of the releases the following attributes will be assigned to each release polygon : 0 TIIF release reference number • Deed Book Number of the release Deed Book Page Number of the release • Date of the release PROJECT DELIVERABLES Electronic Maps and Attribute Databases NMI will deliver the mapped reservations and releases in two electronic formats : 1 . AutoCAD 2005 blocks with attributes . 2 . ArcGIS polygon shape files with associated attribute tables . Paper maps NMI will provide revised 11 " x 17 " (tabloid ) size map pages that may be inserted into the map books created under the Agreement for those map book pages that are affected by the newly mapped releases . DELIVERY SCHEDULE The project will consist of one submittal . Following the final submittal the County shall have 30 days to review the maps and make comments . NMI will then have 30 days to address the comments . 1 .
