P <br />DGUK 8 PAGE R <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Attorney be and <br />he is hereby directed to prepare a contract for the purchase <br />of such real property for the sum of $4,000.00 and upon such <br />terms and title requirements as he may deem fit and that the <br />Chairman of said Board be and he is hereby authorized to <br />execute such contract in the name of said County. <br />
