C . CONTRACTOR' s surveyor shall review , sign and seal As- Builts or Record <br /> drawing (s ) . Said drawing ( s ) shall clearly state , type of survey , positional <br /> tolerances , adhere and be certified to by a registered Professional Surveyor <br /> and Mapper in the state of Florida , any standards set forth by Florida <br /> Statutes , Administrative code and Minimum Technical Standards for As- <br /> Built/ Record surveys . <br /> D . All Record /As- Built drawings are subject to review and approval by County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> E .
