SECTION 01820 <br />Post Final Inspection <br />1.1 GENERAL <br />A. Approximately one year after Substantial Completion, the OWNER will make <br />arrangements with the ENGINEER and the CONTRACTOR for a post final <br />inspection and will send a written notice to said parties to inform them of the <br />date and time of the inspection. <br />B. Corrections of defective work noted by OWNER and ENGINEER shall comply <br />with the applicable sections of Article 13, General Conditions. <br />C.
