Charles Herring AlA right-of-way attorney, reported that the <br />deeds were on the way for 3500 feet next to the Inlet Subdivision. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Hamilton, seconded by Commis- <br />. sioner Waddell and unanimously carried, that the salary of Douglas Baker, <br />Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners, be increased from $650.00 <br />per month to $750.00 per month, effective December 1, 1962, and the fol- <br />lowing Item to Item transfer approved. <br />ITEM TO ITEM TRANSFER <br />GENERAL REVENUE FUND <br />TO FROM <br />212 Salary Clerk to Board $1,000.00 <br />951 Contingencies $1,000.00 <br />Attorney Dick Stikeleather,•appeared before the Board and pre- <br />sented a petition for abandonment of a road adjacent to H. D. Ruffner <br />property. Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commis- <br />sioner Hamilton and unanimously carried, that public -hearing be set for <br />January 22, 1963, at 9:00 o'clock, A. M. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commis- <br />sioner Hamilton and unanimously carried, that Commissioner Waddell's trip <br />to Jacksonville to the Board of Directors meeting on December 14, 1962, be <br />approved. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commis- <br />sioner McCullers and unanimously carried, that the County Judge is authorized <br />to purchase roller shelving. <br />' Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner <br />Hamilton and unanimously carried, to authorize advertisement for bids on <br />fire truck at 11:00 o'clock, A. M., Tuesday, January 8, 1963. <br />The several bills and accounts against the County, having been <br />audited, were examined and found correct, were approved•`and warrants issued <br />in settlement of same as follows: General Revenue Fund,'Warrant'Nos 1464 <br />to 14.99, both inclusive; Road and Bridge Fund, Warrant Nos. 900 to 923, <br />F <br />both inclusive; and Fine and Forfeiture.Fund, Warrant Nos. -113 to 116, both <br />.inclusive: Such 'bills and accounts tieing on file in the office of the Clerk <br />of•the Circuit Court, the warrants so issued.from'the respective funds being <br />
