All proposals, plans, specifications, and 3rd party contracts covering the project for <br /> Departmental approval . <br /> 2 . Copies of all correspondence related to this project. <br /> 3 . Audit Reports as described in Section 7 . 60 of this JPA. <br /> 4. Ouarterly Progress Reports provided within thirty (30) days of the end of the <br /> quarter. <br /> 5 . Three (3 ) original Invoice Summaries and backup information must be submitted to <br /> the District Office when requesting payment. <br />
