EXHIBIT 1 <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Jones ' s Pier <br /> The SRCR will summarize the results of the quarterly ground water monitoring <br /> and include a draft copy of the deed restriction prepared for the Site . The deed <br /> restriction will preclude the use of any and all ground water from the Site <br /> regardless of the use . KHA assumes that the Client ' s attorney will be responsible <br /> for preparing the deed restriction for the Site . As such , KHA will collaborate <br /> with the Client ' s attorney to prepare the deed restriction . <br /> The SRCR will include the following : <br /> • A written summary of the Site with respect to the identified soil and <br /> ground water contamination . <br /> • A summary of the completed remedial activities . <br /> • A comprehensive summary of the soil and ground water quality data <br /> collected from the Site . <br /> • Written justification for the implementation of RMO Letter 11 . <br /> • A draft copy of the deed restriction prepared for the Site . <br /> Two copies of the SRCR will be forwarded to the FDEP . Additionally , the <br /> Client will be provided with three copies of SRCR . The document will be signed <br /> and sealed by a Professional Geologist licensed in the State of Florida . <br /> Information Provided By Client <br /> The following information shall be provided by the Client , the accuracy of which <br /> KHA will be entitled to rely upon . <br /> • Access to the site <br /> • Deed restriction language <br /> • Boundary Survey <br /> COMMENCEMENT <br /> KHA will commence task one within 30 days of receiving the Notice to Proceed <br /> (NTP ) . <br /> FEE SCHEDULE <br /> KHA will perform the Scope of Services in Tasks 1 - 5 for the following lump <br /> SUM fees , exclusive of sampling expenses : <br /> Task I Site Assessment $ 155000 <br /> Task 2 — FDEP Meeting $ 21750 <br /> Task 3 — Combined Document $ 12 , 000 <br /> 7 <br />
