<br />The Chairman read the foregoing notice and asked if anyone present
<br />wished to be heard. Jack Jennings, representing Mr. Julian Lowenstein,
<br />spoke in behalf of the zoning change and the Chairman read three letters
<br />against the change. After considerable discussion, Motion was made by
<br />Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Waddell and unanimously
<br />carried, that the recommendations of the Zoning Board be approved and the
<br />following 1esolution adopted.

<br />R E S O L U T I O N
<br />14HERE_.S, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida,
<br />did after public hearing make its final report recommending changes and
<br />additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida; and;
<br />t4HEREr`yS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended
<br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hearing in
<br />relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; Now,
<br />therefore,
