("KHA") is pleased to submit this letter <br /> agreement (the "Agreement") to Indian River County ("the Client") for providing <br /> survey and mapping services . Our scope of services, schedule, and fee are below . <br /> Scope of Services <br /> Task I — Preparation of an exhibit of the west side of the existing bridge over <br /> 14`h Street canal <br /> This task will consist of the following: <br /> • Research tidal information from the FDEP database. <br /> • Field location and sketches of the west side of the bridge including the <br /> beam, bents, end bents, piers and rip-rap . <br /> • Obtain elevations on the beam, bents, end bents, piers and rip-rap . Obtain <br /> elevation cross section of the canal at the west face of the bridge . <br /> • Reduce field data and prepare a " West Side Bridge Elevation Exhibit" on <br /> an 8 %2 " x 11 " sheet . <br /> • Calculate horizontal and vertical clearances between the piers and beam at <br /> mean high water and mean low water elevations . <br /> • Obtain sufficient elevations and dimensions to respond to questions 4 , 5 , <br /> 9b and 12 on the Department of Homeland Security, U . S .
