INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br /> a <br /> PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT l.. <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR ANNUAL <br /> LAND SURVEYING AND MAPPING/GIS SERVICES CONTRACT BETWEEN KIMLEY- <br /> HORN & ASSOCIATES, INC. AND INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br /> This is an amendment to the existing Professional Services Agreement for Annual Land Surveying and <br /> Mapping/GIS Services (AGREEMENT) dated November 6, 2007 between Kimley-Horn & Associates, <br /> Inc . ( SURVEYOR) and Indian River County (COUNTY) . <br /> WHEREAS, the existing AGREEMENT between SURVEYOR and COUNTY provides for <br /> Work Orders to be issued for services , this AMENDMENT NO . 1 modifies that requirement so that a <br /> Purchase Older will be issued by the COUNTY and approved through the MUNIS system, for proposed <br /> services that total less than $ 15 , 000 . 00.
