INDIAN RIVER COUNTY Dog <br /> PROFESSIONAL CIVIL ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> AGREEMENT FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING, SURVEYING <br /> AND BRIDGE DESIGN SERVICES <br /> AMENDMENT NO, 1 TO THE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING/LAND SURVEYING <br /> SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN KIMLEY-HORN AND ASSOCIATES, INC. AND <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br /> This is an amendment to the existing Engineering/Land Surveying Services Agreement (AGREEMENT) <br /> dated April Is'. 2003 between Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc . (ENGINEER) and Indian River County <br /> (COUNTY) . This amendment addresses changes in Section III - Scope of Services " , " Section V - <br /> Compensation" and "Section XVI — Duration of Agreement " of the AGREEMENT. <br /> Amendment Description <br /> This Amendment includes the following: <br /> " SECTION III — SCOPE OF SERVICES " is being modified to incorporate the following: <br /> _Utility Desi >�n <br /> 4Street bride replacement • <br /> The ENGINEER will develop construction documents to detail the removal and <br /> relocation of the existing 12" water main. The water main will be relocated to an <br /> at-grade crossing between the northern box culvert headwall and the sidewalk. <br /> Utility Permittins <br /> The ENGINEER will incorporate these utility modifications within a FDEP public drinking water <br /> permit and/or notification. The consultant will coordinate with FDEP in regards to obtaining these <br /> permits and/or authorizations. The COUNTY will be responsible for all permit application and <br /> agency review fees . <br /> "SECTION V — COMPENSATION" is being modified to incorporate the following : <br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay and the ENGINEER agrees to accept for services rendered pursuant <br /> to this Agreement fees inclusive of expenses in accordance with the following: <br /> A.
