INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br /> 66th Avenue/ County Road 510 Roadway Widening <br /> AMENDMENT NO . 5 TO THE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING/LAND SURVEYING <br /> SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN KIMLEY -HORN AND ASSOCIATES , INC . AND <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY , FLORIDA . <br /> This is an amendment to the existing Engineering/Land Surveying Services Agreement <br /> (AGREEMENT) dated February 22° `x , 2005 between Kimley- Horn and Associates , Inc . <br /> ( ENGINEER) and Indian River County (COUNTY) . This amendment addresses changes in <br /> " Section III - Scope of Services " , " Section V - Compensation " and " Section XVI — Duration of <br /> Agreement " of the AGREEMENT . <br /> Amendment Description <br /> This Amendment includes the following : <br /> " SECTION III — SCOPE OF SERVICES " is being modified to incorporate the following : <br /> A : Legal Descriptions and Parcel Sketch Revisions <br /> Revisions to the prepared legal descriptions and parcels sketches are required to <br /> describe needed construction and drainage easements . This task also includes the <br /> preparation of additional legal descriptions and sketches of the proposed right- of-way <br /> parcels along the following side streets : 41st , 61st , 65t" 5 69th and 81s' Streets . Any <br /> temporary construction easements within the specific parcels will be shown on the <br /> right-of- way parcel sketches . Drainage easements and/or access easements may <br /> require a separate sketch depending upon the configuration . (Estimated 26 parcels) <br /> Additional legal descriptions and sketches will be prepared for those right- of- way <br /> parcels along 66th Avenue that were not previously prepared because the proposed <br /> right- of- way line was lying within the limits of the Murphy Reservation . (Estimated 5 <br /> parcels ) <br /> Additional legal descriptions and sketches will be prepared for those right- of-way <br /> parcels along 66th Avenue that were previously prepared but excluded the Murphy <br /> Reservation . (Estimated 19 parcels) <br /> Preparation of legal descriptions and sketches for those parcels along CR 510 that <br /> require drainage and/or temporary construction easements . ( Estimated 58 parcels ) <br />
