SECTION 00300 <br />BID FORM <br />(Based Upon EJCDC No.0-700, 2002 Ed.) <br />PROJECT IDENTIFICATION: Indian River County Bid # 2008027 <br />South RO Water Treatment Plant Improvements <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION: <br />Furnish all labor and materials necessary to complete the South R.O. Water Treatment Plant Improvements <br />including the following: relocation of permeate acid injector, installation of new acid supply and containment <br />piping, modifications to raw water blend piping including acid injector and static mixer, remove and install <br />three (3) new 150 hp horizontal split case high service pumps including bases, couplings, motors, all nuts, <br />bolts, fasteners, guards, electrical wiring, disconnects, VFD's, and all other appurtenances, installation of two <br />owner -furnished PE bulk tanks including pad, demolition of existing entrance opening, piping, valves, <br />appurtenances and hardware, integration of SCADA system programming,modification of RO trains including <br />replacement of sample tubing, permeate hoses, 6" permeate headers, permeate port end adapters, <br />appurtenances and hardware, replacement of up to a total of twelve (12) new 6M pressure vessels,. painting and <br />architectural treatment and accessory items, as depicted in these documents. <br />THIS BID IS SUBMITTED TO: Indian River County Purchasing Department <br />Via Mail: <br />1800 27th Street <br />Building B <br />Vero Beach, FL 32960 <br />1. The undersigned Bidder proposes and agrees, if this Bid is accepted, to enter into an agreement with <br />Owner in the form included in the Contract Documents to perform and furnish all work as specified or <br />indicated in the Contract Documents for the Contract Price and within the Contract Time indicated in <br />the Contract Documents and in accordance with the other terms and conditions of the Contract <br />Documents. <br />2. Bidder accepts all of the terms and conditions of the Advertisement or Invitation to Bid and <br />Instructions to Bidders. This Bid will remain subject to acceptance for sixty (60) days after the day of <br />Bid opening. Bidder will sign and submit the Agreement with the bonds and other documents required <br />by the Bidding Requirements within fifteen (15) calendar days after the date of Owner's Notice of <br />Award. <br />3.
