Interstate Engineering Corp. <br />West Water Treatment Plant Improvements — Phase IV <br />Boynton Beach, FL <br />Project Highlights: <br />Interstate Engineering Corp. (IEC) is the General Contractor on this expansion project. <br />New equipment installed included submersible turbine well pumps, vertical cartridge <br />filters, membrane feed pumps with ADF drive and membrane feed header to new <br />membrane trains, feedwater bypass pipe, flowmeter & control valves and membrane <br />trains with 1.33 mgd permeate capacity. The project includes the furnishing and <br />installing of an onsite sodium hypochlorite generation and storage system. <br />System highlights included furnishing and installing new equipment, modifications or <br />upgrades to existing equipment.
